When you submit this form, Bestcare receives your name, contact details, suburb, project description and any project-planner answers. We use them to respond and discuss your building project. An enquiry does not confirm an appointment.

How information is handled

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions for Bestcare. Enquiries are stored in the website form system and notification emails are sent to builder@bestcarebuild.com. Hosting and email providers may process information outside New Zealand. Please do not include sensitive documents in your initial enquiry.

Your choices

You can contact us by phone or email instead. We do not use your enquiry as permission for unrelated marketing. The guided planner runs in your browser and is not an AI chat. There is no personal-profile scraping or advertising tracking built into this site.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Email builder@bestcarebuild.com or call 09 833 3258 with a privacy question or request to access, correct or delete your information. We retain information as needed to respond, manage agreed work and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
